Get to Know Your Neighbors!

We think it would be great if everyone got a chance to get to know some of the volunteers in the community, and to find out why they love AW so much.

This month we meet LtLeah who was recently recognized as GK of the Month.

Hi this is LtLeah and I heard of AW about 6 years ago. I was surfing the net and found AW when it was new but I only chatted for alittle while, but actually about three years ago PickleMeElmo and our family were at the tech museum in San Jose and they had some computers set up for chatting and were using a private world from AW and so we went to the website when we came home and liked it alot. I have been a citizen for about three years now. I wanted to be a GK becuase I had been a hostess on startrek.com academy chat room for a few years and liked it alot and this job was similar to it and also PickleMeElmo was a GK at the time and talked to me alot about it and wanted me to be one too, so I wanted to become one as well. I like flashing macros alot but also being a gk is fun to talk to other citizens and tourists from all over the world on an international site and I like to say take care to people so their life is happier in troubled times.
