The world Italy has been around AW since January 99. It is an Italian language world, created with the idea of being a laboratory to explore all of the possibilities in Active Worlds - like the creation of RWX objects , COB objects, SDK applications and Hambot scripting, and as a fresh alternative to the usual Chat & Build worlds.

Italy is a world that changes continually. Often it's content vanishes and the world begins anew with the spark of a new idea. At the moment we have dedicated the atmosphere of italy to the wonderful set of objects inspired by Bug' s Life and created by Gand of the GandTech.com, a master RWX creator. The result is a world that is both original and beautiful. We, the team from Italy, believe that the Active Worlds technology gives users the ability to be really creative.
