Gatekeepers are the welcome wagon of Active Worlds. They are not just greeters though; each one has special skills and advice to share. In most cases they have an answer or know someone who does.
Until recently, Gatekeepers were only at the AWGate. Now they range freely through the public worlds assisting users. Gatekeepers rely on the Peacekeepers when it is necessary to enforce the guidelines.
Peacekeepers fully support the Gatekeepers and have the capability of answering technical questions as well. However, while at the Gate address your questions and concerns to the Gatekeepers who have specialized training to provide new users a good first impression of Active Worlds. They will get you started and even if you are an old hand you might learn something new from them - just ask.
