Tristram - AW 1956s 11995w
JSD2K has a town for all of you looking for land and some friends to hang out with. There's quite a bit of land available, and expansion is an option if it's needed. The only catch I could find about this town is that it's a citizen-only one; no tourist builds are allowed right now. Go have a look and maybe you'll meet some people that could turn out to be your friends in the future. You might even find a spot to build that's just right! :)

Canopus' Mars Recommendation
The Mars Travel Bureau Tours of the best places on Mars generally take visitors to a series of sites in one of Mars' regions. But there are a few sites so impressive that they deserve a Tour all to themselves: the "Sites of Planetary Importance". Linear Alpha is one of these great sites, so large and so interesting that you could spend a day just wandering around, admiring the creativity of its builders. There are, for instance, galleries, factories, a convention center, engineering works, water mines, office buildings, a hotel, and the system of subways/trams/glidepaths within Linear City itself.
Linear Alpha is the product of a new, younger generation of Mars architects and engineers, a city that extends in every direction from the Linear Alpha Railway Station, with block after block of fascinating new designs. Foremost among these builders are Haver, Zig Theos, Ozone, and Veger, with a few landmarks from the older generation. You can get to Linear Alpha Station (Mars 582N 151W 0.36A 195) on the special Linear Alpha Express Trains of the Elysium Railway, from Elysium Spaceport (Mars 305N 504W 11A). Visitors from Earth should go to Elysium Spaceport directly from the Orbiting Space Station (0N 953W 30.6A).
P.S. I think I just discovered the missing ZPod launched in 2000 by NASA, toward the South Polar Icecap. I found it during this year's Mars Census, at Mars 827S 13W. Amazing how it could have been lost for so long (since it's 2098 now here on Mars)! :o)

AlphaMillenia City - AW 8575.8S 18511.3W
Started as a joint project by then-"Millenium Man" Young Phalpha and
then-"AlphaCentauri" LilAlpha Phalpha this city has since grown into a
thing of natural beauty. Built on an outdoor theme, this place is full
of open areas with parks and nice landscaping. Don't forget to check out
the SkyWalk Tower for your cross-town needs and the AlphaMillenia Bank.
This town is part of USWF as well, so if you have an account, there's
even more for you to do here! Check it out today!

AWCOMREG's Recommendation
NOVA
If you are looking for new world to call home then
NOVA would be the world for you. If you're an avid
Alpha fan but want the use of more objects, NOVA has a
separator world, IMPLODE, that houses many interesting
objects for use in NOVA. NOVA is a free building
world that has been around for about 3 years now.
There are many intriguing builds of all types to keep
you exploring for hours. Not only is NOVA an
excellent world for building but it also offers a
warm, family-like atmosphere. For you tourists out
there, NOVA is tourist friendly.

M u n k u y's Historical Recommendation
Built: July 21st 1995 (can't argue with that date!)
Builder(s): it no. 29 (Gersh) and cit no. 28 (KingWood)
Coords: AW 190N 0E
... look to the west too, you may find some stuff by cit no. 3 from around the same date (who's name I don't recall, unfortunately)
... What? You're still here? You know the drill... What are you waiting for? Go look now! :)
