AW Festival 2003 "Diversity"

It's that time again! Active Worlds is celebrating it's 8th Annual Festival! Festival 2003 kicks off on July 11th, in Festival Park in AWCC world, and runs through July 13th. Three fun filled days await you and your friends!

This year's theme is "Diversity". Over the past eight years the Activeworlds Community has grown and become something extremely unique. We are a Community comprised of citizens and tourist of all ages, races, ethnic backgrounds, building abilities, lifestyles and more. It is this very uniqueness that makes Activeworlds the wonderful place it is today. In honor of this Diversity, AW Inc has enabled tourism in Alpha World for the duration of Festival! We would like to thank them for this very kind gesture.

What would Festival be without prizes? To win a prize, you must participate in Festival Events. Each hosted event will receive 6 festival points. The host determines how these points are distributed during the event. The host will email us the scores. Points are then counted at the end of Festival and the citizens with the most festival points win neat prizes! All prizes donated by AW Inc., thank you again AWI!

The prizes this year are:

• 1st Place - 1 year citizenship
• 2nd Place - 6 month citizenship
• 3rd Place - P-20/10 World for 6 months (does not include hosting)
• 4th Place - 1 month citizenship and my.activeworlds.com email address

In addition, this year, each group/individual that hosts an event will be entered into a drawing... the winner will receive a P20/5 World for 3 months or a 2 month citizen extension!!
