 It's 2008 and that means the AW Reunion Cruise will be sailing into sight August 7-11. We had a great deal of interest and excitement shown for the initial sign-up. We'll be sending out payment information to those who have reserved rooms on the Carnival ship "Imagination" shortly. But what if you missed that cut-off date for registering and are still interested in going on this cruise? The boat has not left without you!
We've been working with our travel agent, Jeanne, and she has made it possible for us to allow additional people to sign up as part of the AW group going on this cruise. The pricing for the room will depend on the going rate at the time you sign-up, so the sooner you sign up the lower the rate is likely to be.
New Attendees
If you are interested in possibly attending this cruise and have not already applied, contact SW Chris or Archergirl through email (email addresses are posted at http://www.awreunion.com/2008/committee.php). A $25 deposit will have to be made to hold the room at the current rate of your booking. An address will be provided for sending this deposit. The deadline for this new sign-up period is April 9, 2008. Remember, prices for rooms are based on a double-occupancy, so if you do not have a roommate and would like one, please let us know. We'll do our best to help match you so that your trip becomes more cost effective.
A secondary deposit of $150 will be due on April 9 for all those planning to attend. The remainder of the room rate will then be due on June 6, 2007. The payments must be in the travel agent's hands on those respective dates, so anyone planning to pay by check should send them well enough in advance for the checks to arrive in time. Information will be posted and sent by email regarding payment both by credit card and by check.
Sail Around the Western Caribbean
Carnival's ship Imagination will be departing from Miami, Florida on August 7, 2008, for a beautiful and enjoyable four-night trip that will include visits to Key West and Cozumel, Mexico. The ship has been newly remodeled (to glowing praise) and had a host of new activities added to the already lengthy list. There will be something for everyone to enjoy.
