FASHION COMES TO AWSCHOOL!
Event to be held September 18 at 12:30AM VRT
One of the things we love to do the most in Active Worlds, is create our CAV image. To have the abilty to create an avatar as close to ourselves as we can. Now we are about to show you some amazingly creative custom avatars.
Ridley is a great CAV designer. She will show you what can be done with them to give an original look. tunablues and dreamer have built an Event Center that will blow everyone away with effects. We hope to see you all there.
Ridley invites you to her Fashion Show at AWSchool, to be held at tunablue's event center. Come join us. Everyone welcome. Coffee.rwx and food.rwx provided ;-). Party afterwards at Fishbones Club.
I talked to Ridley to see where her idea for this event came from.
Kiwichicknz o: Hi Ridley! Where did you get the idea to run a Fashion Show?
Ridley: I am really impressed with the CAV system and love to see what people create. And I thought we need to celebrate the CAVs more as they are a very important part of AW life.
Kiwi: Why did you pick AWSchool to have it there?
Ridley: I picked AWSchool because I wanted to show people that AWSchool is for more than just building. It's a great place to learn and to meet wonderful people. I am proud to be a part of AWSchool.
Kiwi: You have a team working on all this Ridley?
Ridley: YES! I have had so much help from so many people. Tuna and Dreamer have built a wonderful place to have the fashion show. PKtoons are doing the music. You, Kiwi have supported me and helped me so much. Shirin has helped me pick CAVs and was my first choice for a model and Zanz was the first to believe in me.
Kiwi: So how will this show be run? Will you have different categories?
Ridley: Yes there will be different categories. Our Masters of ceremony will give a description of each CAV as the models go down the runway. There will be special effects and music to go with the show.
Kiwi: Who will you be having as Master of Ceremonies?
Ridley: Woody and NurseMom
Kiwi: How many models do you have?
Ridley: Right now I have 4. I plan on having 4-6.
Kiwi: I hear there's a big party after the show? Are you having PKToons Radio Station providing music?
Ridley: Yes! We plan on having a big party after the show with PKToons providing the music. It should be a blast.
Kiwi: Well good luck with it all Ridley. I know I will be there cheering you all on.
