Want to be recognized for contributions to the only official newsletter of Activeworlds, Inc.? We're looking for people interested in compiling columns for the AWNewsletter.
Your work will be widely viewed by Active Worlds users as well as others browsing the Internet. The AWNewsletter is richly indexed by search engines.
Here are some columns we'd love to see:
Tutorials
Are you talented in the art of object modeling? If you're good with 3D modeling software you can bring value to the AWNewsletter by sharing a monthly tip or tutorial related to that software.
In particular, we'd like to see Blender articles as it is currently the modeling software of choice at Activeworlds, Inc. However, tutorials related to trueSpace, Wings 3D, Maya, and other software are welcome as well.

User Interviews
Is chatting your favorite activity in Active Worlds? Do you like meeting new people? Go world hopping to meet and interview users about themselves and their work. Get creative: you don't have to submit interviews word-for-word, mix your interviewee's responses up into your themed article!

Place Reviews
Do many of the great places in Active Worlds leave you speechless? Scramble some words together to describe the latest build, RPG, world, or town in Active Worlds so we can all discover new places!

All you need to do is send us the first edition of your column! If we like it, this will be your premier column. You can then continue to send an article each month.

Articles do not have to be long - their content just needs to be interesting and useful.
If your column needs photos of public places in AW, you can leave that to us! But things like screenshots of tutorial steps will need to be provided by the author. Spelling, grammar, and format are edited by the AWNewsletter editor.
And because the AWNewsletter is a monthly publication, you have a whole month to put your piece together. If you have to skip an edition, no problem!
