Lensman’s Teleport Maze Station of the Month

Lensman is a retired Peacekeeper and creator of the Teleport Maze. He won a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2006 CY Awards.

Teleport MazeI was once a Peacekeeper.  Nowadays we really do not have as much dysfunctional behavior as we did several years ago so we see less of the PKs.  However, it occurred to me that perhaps some people might want to know more about the ordinary citizens who have the singular mission of assisting others in AW.  They go through almost 3 months of training and spend a great deal of time arbitrating arguments and cleaning up messes – a hard job. Anyway, Station 79 is the Peacekeeper Hall of Honor wherein you can see who these people are as well as who has once been a PK.  By the way, if you cross the street from the station going east you will find the PK Hall of Security and if one goes north along the road and then turns east at the first intersection you can find out what all that PK training involves (in case you want to be one).

Teleport MazeStation 220 is close by a build by PsyTek.  Begun sometime in 2002, Cyberstone integrates interesting architecture with terrain.  Keeping in mind that this build predates edited terrain, it makes the most of the objects available at the time.  What is most striking is how buildings are built into the various hills accented by water in numerous coves, caves and fountains.  Head south towards the three floating rocks and keep going till you hit land (I’d fly so as to not get your feet wet).  It is a huge build and still under construction.  One should plan a more than a bit of time to explore
