The room you have entered is Vincent's bedroom. The room in this painting is slightly different. Notice even the paintings he has on the walls are different from on to the other. Often artists will paint the same scene several times. 

This painting is called "Vincent's Bedroom in Arles" it was painted in Sept. 1888

This painting is called "Still life: Vase with 15 Sunflowers"  Van Gogh painted several of these. He used them to decorate the Yellow House. His vision was that Arles would become a center for artists. One of the first was his friend Gauguin.
