Specifies the citizen number of the avatar.
This attribute is new in version 3.1 and requires at least build 18 of the SDK and build 28 of the world server.
This attribute specifies the citizen number if the avatar is a user, or the owner's citizen number if the avatar is a bot. This attribute will be zero for tourists.
