Lensman’s Teleport Maze Station of the Month

Lensman is a retired Peacekeeper and creator of the Teleport Maze. He won a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2006 CY Awards.

Teleport MazePhryen built a forest and stream system back in 2001. For those who are new to AW, there was once a time when building in AlphaWorld allowed the creator to rotate objects in only 2 dimensions. Such was the case when this build was assembled.  Considering the limitations, the achievement is remarkably diverse and interesting.  It is one of the larger ecosystems of the time and has trees, streams, waterfalls, mountain roads, tunnels, and did I mention caves? Summer is upon us and it is time to go outside. If you can’t do that then place a bucket of ice in front of a fan to simulate cool mountain air then visit this classic build.

Teleport MazeWho says you can’t put two builds together?  Magnus Magoo, in 2005, was not completely satisfied with the teleport maze station he requested. He managed to match the existing station, built by Lensman, square for square seamlessly and frankly made it one of the best Teleport Maze station constructs.   Station 385 is one of the last stations built and is an example of cooperation in building. The station is worth a visit if for no other reason that to see some good coronal examples and animated builds.
