AWRPG Open for Beta Preview

Courtesy of Poseidon

A new role-playing world is opened for the Avatars 2002 Conference, for a special preview before its official opening Mid February. The main idea behind the world is to create a world where role-playing is the main factor in the storyline. While we do wish to embrace many combat attributes, and “typical” RPG affiliated properties, we want the world’s primary focus to be the living of ones life, in this world. The preliminary storyline for the world can be found at: http://www.twistedhorizon.net and the forums that accompany the world can be found at: http://eclipse.disaxiom.net - no aspect of the world is complete, including the websites. By the time the world is released mid February, the website will be more advanced, the forums “customized” to fit the feel of the world, and of course, the final touches will be added to the bots, and landscape of the world.

The worlds Bot programming is being handled by Magsbot programmer, Magine. The bot is also advancing quickly, as many new features will be added by the time the world opens. Objects and avatars are being handled by Lady Murasaki. Both Magine and Lady Murasaki have completed beyond what was asked of them, and are doing a phenomenal job. Building, is being handled by a people, including Jstone2004, Wizard 24, and Poseidon.

The world is currently open for a preview, and will remain open until the end of the day, Sunday, January 5th. You are welcome to visit, explore, and report bugs on our forum. Please keep in mind that the world is not complete, and still has many bugs to work out of the system. If you have any question regarding AWRPG, please contact Poseidon.
